This blistered tire is on the front passenger side of a convertible expensive BMW, and the owner refused to buy a new tire.
When the unsafe condition was pointed out to the owner, and a new tire was recommended (not for a commission, but for the safety of him and his car) he refused to consider it, and stated that he'd "Keep an eye on it"
These idiots are everywhere, so be careful on the road, this idiot could be in front of you.
