Similar to an Excalibur (ugly) but of unknown exact manufacture, the Valentino Indian

 The woman in blue owns it, wants to sell, and says it was made for a Rudy Valentino movie... but had nothing to show this to be factual.

My guess is that it's a late 1960's one off, made by someone who liked the Excalibur, and the rest is a sales ploy.
